The Opportunity

Join Paul Davis Restoration of Southwest Montana as a Restoration Estimator , helping property owners recover from fire, water, and storm damage. Youll inspect losses, write scopes using Xactimate, and manage relationships with adjusters and clients to get jobs signed and ready for production.

What Youll Get:

What Youll Do:

Scope and write estimates using Xactimate Secure work agreements and manage customer expectations Coordinate with project managers and insurance adjusters Submit supplements and manage change orders Participate in rotating on-call schedule Build local relationships and attend community events

What Were Looking For:

Strong communicator with excellent people skills Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Tech-savvy and eager to learn Driven by service and results

Qualifications:

Prior estimating or construction experience preferred (Xactimate a plus) Certifications like IICRC or Lead are a bonus (or willing to obtain) Valid drivers license and clean driving record Able to lift 50 lbs. and work indoors/outdoors in PPE Bachelors degree or equivalent experience accepted
