We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead operations at our high-performing, guest-focused restaurant. Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team with a strong focus on service standards and operational excellence
Foster a positive work environment and maintain accountability across all positions
Maintain a hands-on presence and oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Ensure outstanding guest experiences and cultivate customer loyalty
Monitor and manage costs, labor, and inventory while optimizing revenue and profitability
Uphold cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards always General Manager Qualifications: 4+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service casual or upscale-casual high-volume restaurant environment
Proven leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure
Solid understanding of restaurant financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends General Manager Benefits: Competitive base salary (up to $115,000 based on experience)
