Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
•3+ years of general management experience in full-service or high-volume restaurant environments
•Proven ability to hire, train, and lead high-performing teams
•Strong financial acumen, including P&L analysis and cost control strategies
•Day-to-day oversight of inventory management, staffing, and guest experience execution
•Must be comfortable leading by example on the floor and cultivating a strong service culture

Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
•Experience with scheduling systems, vendor relations, or multi-unit communication tools
