Requirements

One year of management related experience

Openavailability (50 hours/week)with ability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts

Responsibilities

Hiring, training and developmentof team members

Running successful shiftsin the front of house diningroomand back of house kitchen

Expense supervision when it comes to labor, food and product orders
