We're seeking reliable and experienced Respiratory Therapists (RRT or CRT) for PRN night and weekend shifts. This is a flexible yet vital role where youll provide one-on-one care that directly improves patient outcomes.

What Youll Do Perform in-home respiratory assessments and create personalized care plans Manage oxygen therapy, ventilators, nebulizers, and related respiratory equipment Educate patients and caregivers on usage and safety Monitor patient progress and update care plans accordingly Document all care and clinical observations clearly and on time Respond to emergencies and follow safety/evacuation protocols Collaborate with a clinical team including nurses, physicians, and care coordinators Requirements Licensure: Active Florida RRT (2+ years experience) or CRT (10+ years experience) Certifications: Current BLS/CPR (ACLS preferred) Health Requirements: TB test and physical within the last 12 months Experience: Minimum 2 years in respiratory therapy (acute care preferred) Home health or ID/DD experience is a plus Excellent time management and communication skills Commitment: Must work a minimum of 4 shifts per month, including 1 weekend shift Compensation Pay Range: $33.00 $39.00 per hour (based on licensure and experience) Why Choose NorthBay?
