Four Seasons Kanga Roof is seeking a dedicated Residential Service Tech II to join our full-time team in Roseville, MI. As a Residential Service Tech II, you'll be a vital part of our roofing crew, performing essential maintenance and repair services on residential roofing systems. QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Punctual
• Clean, neat, organized
• Willing to learn and ready to jump in
• Ability to walk on roofs and in attics
• Ability to set up the ladders by yourself
• Ability to lift 80 lbs
• Competence with technology is preferred

Pay & Benefits:

Starting pay is around $20 to $23 an hour. For those with some experience in construction, the pay goes up to about $24 to $28 an hour.

• Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Saturdays: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (as needed)

As a Residential Service Tech II, you assist Tech I's with roof maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring every roofing project is completed to our high standards. You also lend a hand with gutter maintenance, repair, and installation, keeping homes protected from the elements. Throughout your day, you provide friendly, courteous communication with clients, representing Four Seasons Kanga Roof with professionalism and a positive attitude. You regularly attend all training sessions and team meetings, staying up-to-date on the latest techniques and contributing to our collaborative environment, all while working with various roofing systems.
