Key Responsibilities- Perform residential remodeling and repair work, focusing on carpentry and related trades- Ensure work meets all safety codes and quality standards- Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicle- Communicate clearly with homeowners and internal team- Submit timely job updates and time tracking- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity- Troubleshoot issues and proactively resolve project challenges

Qualifications- Minimum 2+ years of residential construction or carpentry experience- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills- Ability to work independently and collaborate with others- High school diploma or GED preferred- Valid driver's license
