Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our exceptional resident services team. This role involves welcoming residents and guests, addressing inquiries, meeting basic resident needs, monitoring emergency response systems, and managing incoming calls effectively. Work Schedule: This position is scheduled from 3 PM to 11:30 PM, Tuesday through Saturday. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service preferred. Current CPR and First Aid certifications required or a willingness to obtain them. Additional requirements include: Outstanding oral communication skills with a clear speaking voice. Excellent organizational abilities and multitasking skills. A strong ability to manage stress and make sound judgments in emergency situations. Customer-focused problem-solving approach. Pay Range: USD $21.26 - USD $25.10 /Hr.
