This role is ideal for candidates with a background in investment banking, M&A transactions, legal research, paralegal work, or other fields requiring in-depth information gathering. This is an IN OFFICE position with an established and growing firm. Research Analyst Responsibilities: Conduct thorough online research to identify potential companies to partner with. Create detailed research packets to present to key stakeholders to support business strategies. Analyze public records and other sources to extract valuable insights about the organizations and individuals. Provide high-quality leads and recommendations based on research findings. Regularly update and maintain research databases and company profiles. Present findings to management in clear, actionable formats. Stay up to date with industry trends and business developments that may impact research efforts. Research Analyst Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 3+ years experience conducting research or evaluations within investment banking, capital markets, M&A environment Excellent attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex data. Highly motivated and proactive with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
