Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians who are licensed to practice in Oregon and live in Utah to provide telehealth sessions in Utah.

What We’re Looking For We’re hiring independently licensed clinicians living in Utah, who are licensed to practice in Oregon, who are ready to make a difference and grow with us. We’re especially interested in: Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week
Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support)
Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team
Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
Strong character matters — we value integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care
Qualifications: Active and unrestricted LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist in Oregon
Compensation: Up to $112,000, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
What We Provide We do the heavy lifting so you can focus on care. As a W2 employee, you’ll receive: Guaranteed, bi-weekly pay (no need to wait on reimbursement)

No-show protection and caseload build within 90 days of credentialing
