We are growing fast and are looking for a dynamic individual to be the face and force behind our local marketing efforts while also supporting our day-to-day administrative needs. Position Overview We are seeking an outgoing, professional, and highly organized individual to join our team as a Professional Assistant & Marketing Representative . This hybrid role blends administrative support with in-person and social media marketing to help expand our brand presence, build relationships with referral sources, and keep operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Outreach Represent Remedy Home Health at networking events, community outreach efforts, and in-person visits to clinics, hospitals, and senior care facilities across Orange County

Build and maintain relationships with medical professionals, discharge planners, social workers, and other referral sources

Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Create engaging content (photos, short videos, captions) to highlight our services, team, and community impact

Administrative Support Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and day-to-day office tasks

Support the leadership team with special projects, event planning, and marketing campaigns

Track outreach efforts and provide regular reporting

Help coordinate patient referrals and follow-up communication as needed

Requirements Outgoing, personable, and confident with excellent communication skills

Willing and able to travel throughout the Orange County area (must have reliable transportation)

Experience in the home health or medical field (preferred)

Strong social media skills (especially Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video content)

Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work independently

Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

Bilingual is a plus (Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog, etc.)
