Position Summary As a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, while adhering to established nursing standards and the organization’s policies and procedures. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, leading to a Registered Nurse designation. Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or assisted living is preferred. A valid nursing license for the state of employment is required. IV Certification is required or must be obtained within six months of employment. Current CPR/AED Certification is required or must be obtained within six months of employment. Ability to assess the basic nursing care needs of geriatric residents. Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with residents, visitors, and staff. Strong time management and organizational skills are essential.
