Department/Unit Summary Conemaugh Memorial is a Level 1 trauma center that is accredited by the Pennsylvania Trauma Systems Foundation. Conemaugh sees about 1800 trauma patients a year varying in injury severity. This position will work closely with our full-time performance improvement coordinator in efforts to ensure the best possible care is being provided to our patients and monitoring outcomes for performance improvement. Additional requirements include: · Completion of the Basic Trauma Nurse Course · Bachelor's degree required within 7 years · Minimum of three years in Trauma Nursing · Proficient with Microsoft Excel · Minimum of 3 years Case Management experience preferred · Minimum of 2 years of Critical Care experience preferred · CEN, CCRN or ANA preferred EEOC Statement Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
