Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) uses the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide personalized nursing care. Collaborates with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, for effective care planning and delivery. Demonstrates expertise and practices within the full scope of nursing knowledge, providing care during all phases of patient engagement from preventative care to follow-up. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating care, patient assessment, education, triage, and nursing interventions while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and professional standards. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program is required; a Bachelor's Degree in nursing is preferred. Hold an unencumbered RN license with the relevant State Board of Nursing, and maintain necessary competencies and certifications.
