Description: Registered Nurse (RN)-ICU Job Type:Full-time, Nights Commitment Bonus(2-Year):$15,000 forDayShift, $20,000 for Night Shift Shift Differentials:  Evening $2.50/hour / Night $4.00/hour / Weekend $1.50/hour   Department/Unit Summary Join our team ina 12-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), our ICUoperateswith a 1:2 nurse to patient ratio. We offer Telehealth intensivists for immediate support and manage a diverse range of diagnoses including respiratory failure, cardio/pulmonary disease, sepsis, and diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, administering specialized treatments,monitoringcritical conditions, and ensuringoptimalpatient outcomes. Additionalrequirements include: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) isrequiredwithin 30 daysofhire.
