Additional requirements include: Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire. ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire. One year of experience preferred. Department/Unit Summary Join our Float Pool team where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated healthcare to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure optimal outcomes for our diverse patient population. You will float to various units including Critical Care, Stepdown, Med Surg, Behavioral Health, and ER.
