Key Responsibilities: Oversee patient care and treatments, conduct assessments, customize care plans, and address patient needs to ensure exceptional outcomes. Forge strong relationships with patients and their families by understanding their individual requirements and recovery goals. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and provide hands-on patient care when required. Qualifications: Current RN license as governed by state regulations. CPR certification required; ACLS preferred. CRRN certification is a plus.
