Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders.

Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.

Monitor and document residents conditions, reporting changes to physicians and family members as appropriate.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including CNAs, LPNs, therapists, and social workers.

Supervise and support nursing assistants and ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.

Participate in care planning, assessments, and resident/family education.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).

Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
