Reports to: Department Director FLSA: Non-exempt Education: Associate's Degree Nursing (ADN) Required; Bachelor's Degree Nursing (BSN) Preferred License: Current Registered Nurse to practice/work in the state of AR Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire; Required Skills Ability to understand, communicate, and react effectively to patient and family needs Critical thinking Work well under pressure while keeping calm and maintaining customer focus Essential Functions 1. Assesses the patient's condition and nursing care needs 2. Sets goals and prescribes appropriate nursing interventions to meet physical, psychological, social and rehabilitative needs of patients 3.
