Care Hospice is seeking a Regional Sales Director to oversee Community Liaisons within our Texas Region. Our Texas Region includes our Altus Hospice programs and Alpha Omega Hospice programs, which together serve more than 80 counties across the state. This is an exciting opportunity to provide leadership through motivating, directing, and supporting sales initiatives within a culture that fosters teamwork, and provides you with the opportunity for growth.
Ideal Candidate should live within their defined territory - Austin, TX or San Antonio, TX area strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Strongly Required
Minimum four years of healthcare sales/community liaison experience, preferably in hospice
Minimum of two-years management experience
Demonstrated understanding of hospice regulations
Demonstrated success in growing local or regional patient census
Must be willing to travel and spend at least 70% of time in assigned markets
