Job Summary
Support Client Talent Acquisition team by assisting with various stages of the recruitment process, from candidate communication and scheduling to onboarding. Serve as a key liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
Key R esponsibilities Establish foundational knowledge of Client staffing philosophies and recruitment processes. Build relationships and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers across multiple business lines. Facilitate recruitment activities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Support job postings, open house events, career fairs, candidate sourcing, and engagement. Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate any travel arrangements as needed. Ensure an efficient and positive onboarding experience for new hires.
Required Qualifications Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and standard Microsoft Office applications, including Excel. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining confidentiality. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) is a plus but not required. Prior experience in a recruitment or administrative support role is advantageous.
