Host and assist execution of daily craft offerings, events, etc. Be an ambassador for all recreation programming. Must assist with the set up and breakdown of recreational equipment areas Report any maintenance or safety issues to management Lead and facilitate events, announcements, and recreational activities, using a microphone to communicate with large groups. Serve as the primary point of contact for all event-related Responsibilities Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy. Communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively both orally and in writing. Prioritize, organize, and exercise problem-solving skills. Understand guest's service needs. Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team. Work with minimal supervision. Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data. Lift and move up to 50 lbs. Must be able to read, write, and converse in the English language Must be able to withstand exterior exposure to various weather conditions such as extreme heat, cold, rain, wind, sun and darkness with limited lighting Assist Recreation Leader, Recreation Supervisor and Recreation Manager Demonstrate creativity, crowd management, and Tanner enthusiasm Qualifications Possession of a high school diploma/GED. Interest in recreation, hospitality or special event experience. Current First Aid & CPR certification preferred. Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish preferred. Able to input and access information in the property management system/computers. Must be 18 Years of Age or Older
