Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000+ at plan commission yearly
Responsibilities: Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price
Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client
Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales
Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments
Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home
Answer the phone with live connections
Make outbound calls to existing leads for follow-up
Nurture leads daily
Available to show homes on short notice
Available to work evenings and weekends, 40+ hours a week
Attend all meetings and ongoing training
Comfortable making videos

Qualifications: 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry
Possesses a real estate license
Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
Realtors with a minimum of 2 years in the field and at least 5 successful closings
Individuals with a blend of business acumen, communication finesse, and organizational mastery
