Compensation: $100,000 at plan commission
Responsibilities:
Acquire the necessary skills to offer exceptional service and valuable support to clients in Greenville, SC, US
Engage in daily outreach to company leads and personal contacts to explore new business opportunities
Foster relationships to establish a pipeline of upcoming real estate transactions in the local market
Supervise the entire process of real estate deals from beginning to end
Continuously assess performance and key business metrics to drive success
Conduct consultations with potential buyers, deliver compelling listing presentations, showcase properties, and host open houses
Assist clients through every phase of the home buying or selling process with care and expertise
Handle all documentation needed for legal property transactions to ensure a smooth experience for clients
Act as a strong advocate for clients, representing their best interests in negotiations with other parties
Skillfully negotiate favorable terms that align with the client's objectives
Pursue continuous learning opportunities to enhance the value provided to clients
Utilize established relationships with brokerage partners to benefit clients in the Greenville, SC real estate market
Qualifications: The candidate must commit to working full-time, dedicating a minimum of 40 hours per week to the role
A High School Diploma is a mandatory requirement, with a preference for candidates holding a College Degree
Within 90 days of partnering, the candidate must either possess a Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one
Having reliable transportation is crucial for successfully fulfilling the responsibilities of this position
A competitive mindset focused on achieving a high income is essential for the role
The candidate should thrive in a structured work environment, be open to coaching and accountability, and possess excellent time management skills
