The ideal candidate will have at least four (4) years of experience representing a range of clients in one or more of the following areas: Preparation and presentation of land use and environmental permit applications to local, state, and federal administrative agencies; Ability to work with teams of professional consultants; Ability to handle administrative appeals and real estate-related litigation, mainly in Connecticut courts; Experience in appellate court process and brief writing. Associates, counsel, and partner candidates are encouraged to apply. Admission to Connecticut bar and federal and state courts is required.
