Must be licensed in Pennsylvania Strong knowledge of commercial real estate laws and regulations Providing legal counsel to clients on a wide range of real estate issues, including acquisition, ownership, disposition, financing, development, and leasing Addressing legal questions regarding land use and zoning matters, restrictive covenants, and more Experience involving historic tax credits or other tax credit structures .
