Job Details
Targeting 3–6 years of real estate transactional experience
Must have hands-on exposure to acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing, or development
Experience with borrower-side finance is a bonus
Looking for strong drafting and negotiation chops — not just support-level work
Must be eager to work directly with partners and clients
Florida bar preferred but not required
