Responsibilities

Perform visual inspections at multiple production stages, focusing on coating, assembly, and defined quality checkpoints Use microscopes and visual aids to ensure product conformance to IPC and ISO standards (IPС-600, IPC-610, J-STD) Record quality data (asset numbers, pass/fail, inspector stamp) into ERP and other systems Adhere to 5S and company-level documentation standards Monitor and report quality issues promptly Support other inspection tasks and mentor colleagues as needed Maintain stable productivity in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Requirements

High school diploma or GED; technical associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred 4+ years of manufacturing or electronics assembly inspection experience Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems Strong attention to detail and time-management skills Comfortable working at a desk/table for extended periods

Nice to Haves

Hands-on experience with AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality frameworks Familiarity with IPC-600, IPC-610, and J-STD standards Ability to read assembly/part drawings Awareness of calibration standards and EDS practices Knowledge of interpreting customer purchase orders
