Summary: The product team within IQVIA’s Patient Support Services (PSS) group is focused on building the next generation of connected innovations to support patients and caregivers on behalf of our clients. We are seeking the best, brightest, and motivated individuals to join our team. We are looking to add a QA Team Lead to our team.
Job Overview: Functional lead for testing across the PSS products to maximize test automation, optimize resource scaling and budgeting. Provides technical leadership and direction to team members and associates. Provide management direction to team members.
Essential Functions: Manage the scope of work, objectives, quality of deliverables, and other activities needed to define master test plans to document overall testing strategy across Patient Support Services Tech Products.
Ensure all PSS Tech products meet organization standards and end-user requirements.
Devise improvements to current procedures and develop models of future configurations. Perform workflow analysis and recommend quality improvements.
Establish software quality standards for the entire software life cycle, documentation, development methods, testing, and maintenance.
Establish metrics and techniques for measuring software quality.
Conduct complex software tests using advanced standards and methods.
Review and evaluate software quality assurance products and services for applicability.
Manage teams of onshore and offshore resources, ensuring optimal resource capacity.
Oversee financial aspects and goals for testing programs to meet company targets.
Qualifications: Intermediate knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts of the job area, typically obtained through advanced education and 5+ years of relevant experience.
5+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience managing global, multi-regional teams delivering initiatives.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Experience with tools: Microsoft Dynamics, Spira, Postman, JIRA, Confluence, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Pay range: $91,000 - $253,700 annually, depending on qualifications, location, and schedule. Additional incentives and benefits may apply.
