Facility:

This facility is an established medical center with 18 beds in the department. The facility has achieved Level 3 trauma designation and has internal medicine residents on service as part of their core rotation. The center values board certification, requiring physicians to be at minimum board-eligible, and maintains a collaborative approach to patient care.

Opportunity: ACLS-ICU

This is a locum tenens position starting September 1, 2025, with ongoing potential. The facility is implementing Tele-ICU capabilities to be available overnight starting in mid-October, enhancing the support structure for critical care providers.

Job Details:

• Manage 12-18 patient encounters per shift in an 18-bed department
• Work collaboratively with one Advanced Practice provider on service each day who assists with both critical care and pulmonology service
• Benefit from internal medicine residents on service as part of their core rotation
• Nocturnist available overnight for additional support
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum of board-eligible status required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe is 30 days
• Fellowship training of 3 years preferred
