Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing high-quality rehabilitation therapy services, delivering physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Our goal is to help patients recover from injuries and improve their physical abilities, enhancing the overall quality of life for our clients across the Northeastern U.S. Assist Physical Therapists in the implementation of treatment plans. Perform therapeutic interventions as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist. Document patient responses to therapy and report outcomes to the supervising therapist. Educate patients and families about treatment plans and ongoing care. Maintain equipment and ensure treatment areas are clean and organized. Participate in patient assessments and contribute to treatment planning. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions. Knowledge of therapeutic methods and techniques. Proficiency with physical therapy equipment and tools.
