In this hands-on role, you'll work directly with patients to improve strength, mobility, and quality of life in a 176-bed skilled nursing environment.

Deliver personalized rehabilitative therapy to residents Track and document progress to inform care plans Educate patients and their families on therapy goals and home exercises Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team Adhere to all healthcare and safety standards Stay current through ongoing training and professional development

Active Colorado Physical Therapist license (required) ~ Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Including Associate's Degree) ~1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply) ~ Physical ability to support patient mobility and lift equipment repetitively
