You'll Be Responsible For: Conducting thorough assessments and crafting individualized treatment plans Delivering physical therapy using a variety of techniques and tools, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and mobility training Documenting patient progress and adapting care plans to meet evolving goals Educating patients and caregivers on strategies for success at home and beyond Participating in interdisciplinary care planning alongside nurses, physicians, and fellow rehab professionals Supporting a high standard of clinical excellence while offering comfort and encouragement The Experience You Bring

Requirements: Education : Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent Licensure : Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Louisiana Certifications : Additional credentials in ortho, neuro, or geriatrics welcome Experience : New grads welcome; prior inpatient or outpatient clinical experience preferred Core Competencies: Excellent communication and collaboration skills Clinical judgment rooted in evidence-based practice Ability to motivate and empower patients Adaptability in a team-oriented, fast-paced care environment Why Join This Team?
