Candidate is to support a primarily adult residential mental health program with a current census of 34 residents (typically around 30 actively engaged in treatment). This is a part-time role offering 816 hours per week, with flexible scheduling based on provider availability and preference. A hybrid model is available, though some on-site presence is required to meet clinical needs. Key Responsibilities include conducting initial psychiatric evaluations for new residents (approximately 1 hour per intake, as needed) and providing ongoing medication management visits (typically lasting 1530 minutes). Patients are generally seen weekly or bi-weekly during the stabilization phase. Once they are stable, it transitions to monthly visits. Responsibilities also include participating in weekly interdisciplinary team meetings to review resident care and clinical progress.
