We’re seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead key initiatives in manufacturing and new product development. This direct hire, 100% onsite role is ideal for someone who thrives on coordinating cross-functional efforts and driving complex projects from concept through production.
This job will have the following responsibilities: Manage end-to-end manufacturing and product development projects
Develop and execute project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk strategies
Align internal teams and external partners to deliver on project goals
Oversee documentation, reporting, and regulatory compliance
Support prototype reviews, validation, and launch activities
Champion process improvements using lean and continuous improvement practices
Conduct post-project evaluations to improve future outcomes
Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or product development environment
Familiarity with manufacturing workflows, product lifecycle, and supply chain principles
Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira,
Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience managing multiple fast-paced projects with competing priorities
Knowledge of regulatory compliance in manufacturing
