We are currently looking to fill a Project Manager I ASD Team Lead role. Responsibilities & other details are listed below:
Responsibilities
Lead a Tier II service desk team supporting CBPs Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Portal.
Provide 24x7x365 bilingual support (English/Spanish) to trade users, Participating Government Agencies (PGAs), and CBP personnel.
Handle technical queries, escalate urgent issues, and manage account activation/enrollment workflows.
Maintain SOPs, Welcome Letters, and enrollment guidance documentation.
Participate in training sessions and bridge calls related to trade compliance, facilitation, and enforcement.
Support knowledge base documentation updates and provide data to support system risk assessment due to cyber threats.
Eligibility & Qualifications
U.S. Citizen with an active CBP BI clearance.
Minimum 3 years of experience with international trade systems, preferably ACE.
In-depth understanding of CBP, PGA, and cargo processing operations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; Spanish fluency preferred.
Prior experience leading support teams in a federal or enterprise environment.
