Summary: The Project Consultant supports the design and execution of the classification and compensation study by conducting job analyses, interviews, and developing classification specifications. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct job analysis interviews and desk audits.
Review and revise classification specifications and job descriptions.
Analyze internal job hierarchies and recommend classification structures.
Assist in developing compensation strategies and salary ranges.
Participate in focus groups and stakeholder meetings.
Support the development of implementation plans and training materials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
5+ years of experience in classification and compensation studies.
Strong analytical and writing skills.
Knowledge of public sector HR practices and FLSA regulations.
