Job Details Our established, award-winning firm seeks a skilled Project Architect focused on Multifamily, Student Housing, Hospitality, or Affordable Housing projects. This hybrid role requires a balance of on-site presence and remote work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily architecture design, managing projects from concept to completion while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. Responsibilities Lead design for multifamily and affordable housing projects, including conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documents. Use Revit to create and present architectural designs to clients and stakeholders. Manage all project phases, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients. Review and approve drawings to ensure quality and compliance. Handle project management tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and contracts. Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and housing development guidelines. Promote continuous improvement in design and project processes. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture or related field. At least 8 years of experience in a similar role, especially with multifamily, affordable housing, student housing, or hospitality architecture. Proficiency in Revit. Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects. Deep knowledge of architectural design, materials, codes, and construction techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Architectural license preferred.
