What You'll Be Doing
Oversee all operations of a niche insurance program Develop and implement program growth strategies Lead underwriting guidelines and ensure regulatory compliance Build and maintain relationships with carriers, brokers, and partners Manage program performance metrics, reporting, and profitability Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing, tech, and service teams What You Bring 5+ years of experience in insurance program management or related underwriting leadership Deep knowledge of niche/specialty lines of coverage (we'll tell you more in the interview) Proven track record of program growth and profitability Strong analytical and relationship management skills Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment The Perks Salary up to $150K DOE Fully remote - work from anywhere in the U.S. Influence a program in a specialized, fast-growing market Be part of a high-performing, collaborative team
