We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to join our growing team and take charge of driving efficiency, safety, and quality at one of our manufacturing plants. If you know how to lead people, optimize processes, and bring structure to the production floor this is your opportunity to make a real impact. What You’ll Do Plan and execute production schedules to meet business targets Lead and coach production teams, including forklift operators Ensure compliance with health & safety standards Collaborate with QA, Logistics, Procurement, and HR Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives Oversee inventory control and preventive maintenance What You Bring 3+ years of experience in production or manufacturing management Forklift license is a plus Strong skills in scheduling, mechanical processes, and team coordination Fluency in English, Spanish would be a bonus Proactive, structured, and people-oriented leadership style Why Armeton International company with a strong local footprint Opportunities to grow with a stable, expanding business Clear structure, expectations, and HR support A culture that values ownership, accountability, and innovation
