JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our team, drive efficiency, and ensure quality on every shift.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations and serving as the primary liaison between production employees and management. This role ensures workflow efficiency, quality, and safety, while coordinating staffing needs and collaborating with leadership and HR to hire, train, and coach employees. Schedule

We are currently hiring Production Supervisors for multiple shifts: A Shift: Sun–Tue, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM | Wed, 6:00 PM–12:00 AM B Shift: Sun–Tue, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM | Wed, 6:00 PM–12:00 AM C Shift: Wed, 12:00 PM–6:00 PM | Thu–Sat, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM D Shift: Wed, 12:00 AM–6:00 AM | Thu–Sat, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

Key responsibilities include: Scheduling and managing daily production workflows for employees and materials. Supervising production activities and maintaining visibility on the floor. Forecasting staffing needs to meet operational demands. Setting and enforcing productivity, quality, and safety standards. Coordinating with quality control to resolve deficiencies. Managing personnel issues, including timecards, overtime, vacation requests, hiring, and training. Assisting with policy implementation and resolving production-related issues with Sales and Customer Service.

Work Experience 2–4 years of manufacturing experience (crating, packing, warehousing, or related industry). High School Diploma or GED required. Bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written). Supervisory experience with training, coaching, and corrective action processes. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite; ability to learn software such as Sage, Ops Center, and Crate Maker. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and adapt to changing priorities. Reliable transportation.
