Our client, a respected and fast-growing industrial manufacturing company based in Santa Ana, is actively seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee our 1st shift. This company partners with leading brands in industries such as electric vehicles, aerospace, automotive, and commercial sectors. The hours for this role will be Monday to Friday 5:00AM to 1:30PM.

Job Details

SUMMARY

Take a leadership role in managing production floor operations, supporting the Production Manager in overseeing all aspects of manufacturing. Lead training initiatives focused on quality, schedule adherence, safety, and labor cost efficiency. Drive continuous improvement efforts to achieve departmental goals and performance targets. Collaborate closely with shop floor team members to enhance part manufacturability and optimize production processes.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. A business or engineering degree is desirable. Minimum five years in a manufacturing environment Must be bilingual – English/Spanish. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing The ability to choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem. Six Sigma and lean manufacturing training and expertise are very desirable Must be self-directed, organized, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, pressured working environment.
