Job Description

Planning - assisting Production Control Manager on preparing orders, setting quality standards and estimating timescales and costs

Control - monitoring production schedules and adjusting them if problems occur

Supervision - managing supervisors, organizing staff and making sure targets are met.

Put together production reports for factory managers and clients.

Work closely with supervisors, maintenance technicians, company buyers, suppliers, quality control, training departments, and health and safety managers.

Managing production related KPI's, such as: productivity, efficiency and direct vs indirect labor

Participating the layered audit process

Participating in Gemba walk

Participating in MRB meetings

Ensuring 6S compliance in every operational area

Ensuring compliance to FOD (Foreign Object Defects)

Understanding of ISO quality standards

The ability to make effective decisions under pressure and ability to meet deadlines. Compliance with health and safety policy per OSHA requirement

What's on Offer

Base salary range $100,000 - $120,000 depending on level of experience
