What Youll Do

As a Product Support Specialist, youll act as the internal subject matter expert on product behavior, rules, and functionality across our SaaS platforms. Youll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and engineering teams to improve product understanding, resolve technical questions, and strengthen documentation.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical product support to internal teams by answering product-related questions and clarifying workflows and behaviors.
  • Creating, maintaining, and organizing internal knowledge base content and technical documentation.
  • Collaborating with engineering and QA teams to investigate, track, and communicate on product issues and anomalies.
  • Monitoring internal communication channels to identify trends, recurring questions, and areas for process improvement.
  • Supporting technical inquiries related to data transfers, custom use cases, and non-sprint work.
  • Acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, turning complex issues into clear guidance.

What Youll Bring



Required Skills & Experience:

  • Associates degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven ability to learn systems, tools, and workflows quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical topics clearly in writing and speech.
  • Understanding of how web applications function from a user perspective.



Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar documentation/ticketing systems.
  • Exposure to software development, QA, customer success, or technical support environments.
  • Experience writing knowledge base articles or support documentation.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, agile workflows, and product lifecycles.
  • Basic T-SQL or data querying skills.

Work Details

Location: Hybrid remote, with occasional office or field presence.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, shifts vary between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
Environment: Home office with collaborative project engagement.
