Job Title: Product Owner

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and strategic Product Owner to lead the management of core portfolio products and drive delivery across multiple engineering teams. This hybrid position, based in Pittsburgh, PA, requires strong Agile experience, effective stakeholder engagement, and a focus on aligning product strategy with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities: Lead the management of core portfolio products, ensuring alignment with business goals. Oversee backlog management, user story creation, and work prioritization for development teams. Coordinate delivery across multiple engineering teams and mentor junior product owners. Engage continuously with stakeholders to refine product strategies and execution. Conduct sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies. Drive planning and prioritization at the crew level, influencing without direct authority.

Skills Required: Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including backlog buildout and requirements gathering. Experience with tools like BigPanda, Dynatrace, and Elastic. Strong ability in road mapping, forecasting, and planning. Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience in site reliability is a plus.
