MUST : Experienced Product Manager 7+ years of experience in digital Product Management in an Agile environment 5+ years of experience managing the delivery, improvement, and ongoing support of digital products or platforms Experience leading technical product development teams in agile/iterative environments Strong background in developing and implementing product operations, discovery, and roadmap planning Skilled in translating user research and design feedback into actionable backlog items Proficiency organizing agile ceremonies and managing artifacts (roadmaps, backlogs, etc.) in common product management tools (e.g., ClickUp, GitLab) Experience supporting digital product development in government, legislative, or large, complex institutional environments is preferred Familiarity with budget, financial analysis, or related legislative processes strongly desired Strong client facing skills and understanding of consultative sales approach and success in working in a face pace environment Proven ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences
DUTIES : The ideal candidate will be a part of a team focused on the evaluation of existing systems and the replacement systems to help discover and identify relevancy for long term client success Drive digital product decision-making in alignment with client organizational goals and stakeholder needs Maintain and manage product roadmaps, prioritize features and improvements based on stakeholder inputs and usage data Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, UX designers, and software engineers, engaging in product discovery, user research, design analysis, and development of product strategy for modernization of software systems Drive digital product decision-making in alignment with client organizational goals and stakeholder needs Lead and coach cross-functional teams in agile product management methods, including sprint planning, reviews, refinements, daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint demos Create, organize, and manage product backlogs, user stories, and development issues using tools such as ClickUp and GitLab Communicate product vision, updates, progress, and performance metrics to stakeholders and senior leaders to ensure alignment and transparency Guide team activities to deliver discovery deliverables: recommendations, migration support, viability assessments, visioning, and prototyping Build positive working relationships with all project stakeholders and demonstrate clear, professional communication at all levels
