• Serve as the main point of contact for portfolio customers; build rapport through clear communication and outstanding customer service.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for procurement of Best Bev Owned Items.

• Support the procurement of customer-owned materials as needed.

• Manage the onboarding and commissioning of new item formats with third-party OEMs.

• Oversee procurement and planning for all packaging components, including cans, bottles, closures, labels, and corrugate, ensuring availability to meet production timelines.

• Negotiate and review vendor contract pricing.

• Facilitate communication and execution of deliverables between cross-functional teams.

• Contribute to the customer relationship and planning cycle regarding forecasts, internal and external procurement, production scheduling, and reporting.

• Facilitate and lead vendor site visits, aligning with internal and external team members for technical expertise and collaboration.

• Support the customer onboarding process as necessary, providing a smooth transition for the customer from the onboarding stage to cruising business.

• Partner with logistics and operations planning to validate successful production plans and customer supply needs.

• Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance, and profitability.

• Negotiate and collaborate internally and externally with cross-functional resources to meet objectives.

• 2-5 years’ experience in supply chain, manufacturing, packaging procurement, or related field.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, packaging science, or related field preferred.

• Hands-on experience sourcing and managing packaging components, including familiarity with specifications, vendor capabilities, and quality standards.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and customers in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Demonstrated proficiency with computers, spreadsheets, email, and project management tools.

• Experience with ERP systems required; NetSuite Oracle preferred.
