Job Duties/Responsibilities Including but not limited to: Timely creation of property preservation work orders to be delivered to our field contractors and monitoring to completion Complete quality check of all bids submitted, or work completed in field Timely submission of completed work results and/or bid requests to our clients System of Record Timely submission of Over Allowable requests for approval to Investors on preservation work completed in excess of Investor's allowable guidelines Review, decision and process invoices to the client in accordance to Investor/Client guidelines Responsible for 1 portfolio Being the liaison between our Client(s) and vendor management team Investigating, evaluating, and negotiating to resolve all servicing related issues Documenting all client and contractor communication and actions across various systems Miscellaneous duties and tasks assigned by management
