Position Summary:
As our Process Engineer, you will work directly with the Process Engineering Manager and play a key role to maintain and optimize manufacturing processes for a growing division of a multi-billion dollar, public company. Responsibilities include understanding the unique process technology, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, developing process capabilities, achieving quality standards and ensuring exceptional internal and external customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
5 Years in Manufacturing environment
Education: Bachelor of Science in engineering discipline, or equivalent work / education experience.
Hands on mechanical experience
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Skills: material science, components, processes, and electrical/mechanical testing and regulatory approvals; excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Access database navigation, Internet; excellent written/verbal communication skill.

Provide process capability information during pre-order efforts
Provide engineering support to production to keep jobs moving
Enhance/improve processes to reduce processing time/cost
Provide process information to design team on new jobs
Support scheduled PM activities and maintain equipment
Safety / Training
Culture - Champion the Winchester culture while creating a strong business unit
Create and maintain task tracking system for the process group and track metrics with the group
Create and maintain a system of process information to which the process group can refer
Lead Process Improvement Teams to better our processes and support our customers
Learn as much about all of our processes as possible
Help diagnose production equipment issues and suggest improvements
