Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is assisting a law firm client in seeking an experienced Probate/Estate Attorney for a remote, part-time opportunity. This is a long-term engagement with flexible hours. Candidates must be actively licensed in California.

Position Details Start Date: ASAP Location: Fully remote (California licensure required) Hours: Part-time, 10–20 hours/week Duration: Long-term, open-ended contract Compensation: Starting at $80/hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities Support attorneys with all aspects of estate litigation and probate matters, including: Discovery, legal research, and case strategy Clearing probate notes and preparing filings Drafting and submitting documents via PDF Handling cases involving undue influence and elder abuse Attend court appearances as needed (appearances will be fully remote)

Candidate Requirements Active California law license in good standing (required) Experience in probate litigation, estate planning, or elder law strongly preferred Strong legal writing, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a remote setting
